ASC’s spring season commences on Saturday 7th with a club race starting at 2.30pm. Club races at 2.30 then continue weekly at 2.30. A new format for duty crews is being
trialled for Spring. On saturday, October 7. ASC has the lead for on water race management, with OOD Gary Todd, and 3 ASC duty crew members in Arthur Misson, Richard Rawlins and Stephen Tillman. There are 4 rostered from ASC each week, with the complete Spring roster published in the Winter/spring Mudpuddler newsletter published in September.
Our most significant Upcoming event is the club’s Discover Sailing Public Open Day on sunday 15th October, 11am to 4pm. Come down for a sail. Invite family and friends. Pre-registration and information on https://albertsailingclub.wildapricot.org/ We need members to volunteer to help out on the day. For half day from 10am or 1pm or all day. Email commodore@albertsc.org.au if you can help out.
ASC October committee meeting is at 7.30 on Tuesday 10th in our ASC clubrooms.
Other Upcoming includes :
1. Junior Green Fleet program on six Saturday afternoons from 14th October.
2. Rescheduled Laser Activate Day on Saturday 28th October.
3. Spring Learn to Sail program from Sunday 29th October.

Finally, on sunday 8th October the Hartley TS!6 Association has a Display Day in the gravel area next to our ASC clubrooms, 10am to 3pm. Hartley 16 foot trailers on display and TS16 sailors on hand to provide advice on this class of boat and their activities.
