Wintry Winter Season club race saturday 3rd July at 2pm. The main item of news this week is the release of online entry and race documents for our Albert Sailing Club “Pop Up” Regatta on saturday 17 July. Shake Off the Lockdown Blues by sailing or coming down to watch our one day’Pop Up Regatta’ Short course racing with Information Session at 12.45 and Starts by Division from 1.30pm. Further details and free online entry till 14 July on www.albertsc.org.au. Late entries at $10 on the day if limit not reached, with no fee for ASC and APYC members sailing the club race. Entry limit of 80 boats so enter early and encourage others to enter. ASC COVID Safe plan guidelines based on latest Government requirements continue to be updated and published on our website.
Other Upcoming ——————– On tuesday 6th July the water for our ASC clubrooms and changerooms will be turned off for maintenance work on the club’s hot water service.
On thursday 8th we have our ASC July general committee meeting at 7.30pm. Any members wanting to attend or to assist at the Pop Up regatta should contact Cindy via commodore@albertsc.org.au for Zoom details.
Friday 9th – 11th July APYC Coaching Regatta for juniors and youth on the Lake . Details on APYC website No club racing that weekend. A mid year working bee saturday morning is planned with more details next week.
