This Saturday 9th of May the Autumn Handicap Series commences with 2 short races scheduled in the afternoon. Sign on and briefing at APYC at 1:15pm with racing starting at 2:00pm.
The lakes water level is still quite low, so we will be continuing to sail with partially raised centreboards.
After racing a Presentation of Perpetuals for ASC Club Racing across 2025-26 season will be held from 4:45pm.
ASC’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 5pm – 6pm in our club rooms. The main agenda items will be Committee Reports, Confirmation of General Committee for 2026-27 and some special awards.

Our Winter Season has begun with our Autumn Series in May and June, with 2 races each week starting at 2pm. Visitors from other clubs are welcome to join as a Winter Associate Member, details and registration link can be found on the ASC website.
The Victorian Optimist Class Association (VIODA) Winter Coaching Program is on Sunday afternoons beginning the 17th of May. ASC is again pleased to host this annual coaching program which attracts junior sailors and their families from Melbourne and Regional sailing clubs. The program provides coaching for juniors at all levels from ‘green fleet’, just out of Tackers 3 training courses and up to open level.
