Thursday Snippets, 23 February

This week.  Saturday 26th February Albert Sailing Club will join in the Celebrations of 150 years of Albert Park Yacht Club and sailing on Albert Park Lake.
Also last Friday 19th an  online ASC member survey email was sent out. If you are a club member and have not as yet completed the survey the link is in that message or is here.

The 150th celebrations on saturday are a milestone event for competitive and non-competivive sailors, and spectators.
Lunch to be taken and boats to be partially rigged by 12.50. Official welcome and proceedings from 1pm in and in front of APYC clubrooms, with the Victorian Governor in attendance. Albert Sailing Club will make a special presentation.
Boats then launched at 2pm for a non-competitive Sailpast at 2.30 to salute the APYC Commodore and non sailing guests and spectators. Option of Ladies Bracelet Trophy Race at 3.00pm.

Saturday 5th March ASC club sailing day, with ASC/APYC Summer Series race at 2.30.

Thursday 10th March  Access to Aquatic Drive closed most of the day with erection of Grand Prix Overpass in Albert Road Drive.

Saturday 19th March ASC Trivia Night. Details and registration on our club website www.albertsc.org.au

* Pacer and125 class State titles at Yarrawonga Yacht Club
