The club’s annual Festive Season Dinner on Saturday 14 December commences 6 p.m, preceded by chat and drinks in our club lounge or on decking from 5pm. Festive Dinner Booking now closed.
Parks Victoria have advised that the six monthly 3 week Aquatic Weed harvesting on the Lake commenced on 11 December and will continue till late December with breaks on weekend at the Christmas Day/ Boxing Day couple of days.
There are a number of club members off to sail in Australian Championships events over the Christmas New Year period – Paul Farrell (Impulses in Queensland), Michael Horvath and Anthony Berger (Hartley TS16’s, Gippsland Lakes, Hamish Gilsenan (ILCA7 (Laser) in Quensland). Also a good number o fVIODA ASC Winter members and some APYC members. We sish them all safe travels and good sailing.
To everyone else who follows Albert Sailing Club through our Snippets emails and Facebook posts have a safe, and enjoyable Christmas New Year period.
Sailing resumes on saturday 4 January with the three week Commodore’s Series across January. Club saturday sailing program for January to June is on Home of www.albertsc.org.au
